Effect of Iron Concentration on Friction and Wear Characteristics of Cu Fe Based P/M Friction Materials

  • 摘要: 研究了Cu-Fe基粉末冶金摩擦材料中Fe和Cu含量变化对材料机械及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随Fe含量增加(Cu含量减少),材料的抗弯强度、抗压强度及硬度逐渐增大,Fe质量分数为20%时材料的摩擦系数高且平稳,摩损则较低。
